All packages are shipped from the UK on Tuesdays and Fridays. I currently work full time as a Tattoo Artist which often means working 6 days a week plus evenings. So please be patient and allow adequate time for your order to arrive.

Packages will be dispatched via Royal Mail from the UK. International orders will be handled via Royal Mail partners in each country.

UK Delivery:  5-10 working days (upon dispatch of order)

International Delivery:  10-30 working days (upon dispatch of order)

All UK orders are dispatched via 1st class Royal Mail and international orders are dispatched via International Standard post. If you want to track your order, please add order tracking to your basket. You will NOT be provided with tracking unless you have paid for it.

I advise anyone concerned about postage to buy tracked as this store is not responsible for any loss of order by the postal service.

Please ensure your postal address is correct because I am unable to redirect orders once dispatched.

If your parcel is returned to me due to an incorrect address provided or failure to collect from a depot, further postage will be required to post your order again. In the event you then decide you no longer want this order, a partial refund will be issued. 

Due to the current situation regarding COVID-19 please allow extra wait times for your orders. The postal service is currently working less days and therefore shipping is slower than usual.
